Our products

Because we stock all of our products, orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. In many cases, your items will be shipped the same day you place your order!

Luxmarter has selected exclusive products, manufactured only in Europe.

Orders

Once you have selected your items, add them to the basket by clicking on "Add to basket", finalize your order, then proceed to payment.

The order takes place in 3 stages:
- Fill in the information fields relating to the delivery: name and address of the recipient(s), and choice of delivery method.
- Fill in the payment information.
- Check your order and submit it.

Luxmarter offers you the possibility to consult the products placed in your basket for 30 days if you connect to Luxmarter from the same device.

If you wish to place your order later, Luxmarter cannot guarantee the future availability of products saved in your basket or wishlist.

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has
not been processed and shipped by contacting us at contact@luxmarter.com.

Luxmarter will send you several e-mails to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Payment is made by credit card.

We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. An authorisation request might be sent to your bank.

Shipping & Delivery

All Luxmarter products are hand-packed by our employees within 24 hours after receiving your order. The packages are meticulously prepared in our premises in Luxembourg and delivered to our carrier.

All orders are sent from Luxembourg and delivered to your door by two renowned carriers, depending on where you live.

At Luxmarter we have chosen to offer reliable, fast companies that can provide an ad-hoc service to our customers and deliver their orders in the best possible way.

Shipments are tailor-made, and if you are not at home, you can organise with the carrier to adapt your delivery date and location.

Delivery times are (Monday to Friday) :

24h in Luxembourg / 24-48h in France, Belgium / 48-72 all over Europe

Express Delivery (24h in Europe : if the order is placed before noon, delivery will be made the next working day) is also available at an addittional cost.
