You will find a wide selection of fine gold and gold-plated jewellery online. Everything is designed to ensure that your experience is as precious as the jewellery you discover.

Payment is made by credit card.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal. An authorization request might be sent to your bank.

All items ordered on luxmarter.com are hand-packed by our employees within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Parcels are carefully prepared at our premises in Luxembourg and then handed over to our trusted carrier.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

All orders are shipped from Luxembourg and transported to your door.
At Luxmarter, we have chosen to offer reliable and fast companies that can provide ad hoc service to our customers and deliver their orders in the best possible way.

Shipments are made to order, and if you are not at home, you can arrange with the carrier to adjust the date and location of delivery.

In case of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • No refund will be issued if tracking confirms delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times are as follows (Monday to Friday) (1):
24-48 hours in Luxembourg,
3 business days in France.
4 to 5 working days for the rest of Europe.

Delivery charges will be specified at the time of order confirmation, before payment. They depend on the delivery zone indicated.

(1) Delivery times provided by carriers are indicative only and may be subject to delays or force majeure events for which we cannot be held responsible. Delivery delays shall not give rise to any penalty or compensation, nor justify cancellation of the order. If delivery cannot be made for reasons cited by the carrier, the customer shall be entitled to a refund.

The delivery charges are as follows:

Luxembourg:

  • 0 to 2 kg: €5.25
  • 2 to 10 kg: €6.75
  • Orders over 75 euros qualify for free standard home delivery

France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands and Portugal:

  • 0 to 2 kg: €11.40
  • 2 to 10 kg: €19.00
  • Orders over 75 euros qualify for free standard home delivery

Other European countries ( Austria , Bulgaria , Croatia , Denmark , Spain , Estonia , Finland , Greece , Hungary , Italy , Latvia , Lithuania , Poland , Romania, Slovakia , Slovenia , Sweden, Czech Republic )

  • 0 to 2 kg: €15.20
  • 2 to 10 kg: €19.00
  • Orders over 75 euros qualify for free standard home delivery

TAXES & CUSTOMS

  • Luxembourg and the European Union : no additional tax or customs fees.
  • Non-EU countries Customs fees or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING DELIVERY

At the moment, deliveries are available in Europe.

Upon delivery, please accept the package "subject to inspection" if its external appearance seems damaged, and take the necessary photos, sending them to us within 48 hours. We will then contact the carrier.

All our products are checked before shipment.

  • If you receive a damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
  • We will handle the exchange or full refund (product + delivery).

RETURN POLICY:

At LUXMARTER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund*. Please contact us at contact@luxmarter.com within 14 days of placing your order to obtain a return authorization number.

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.

*All skincare products ("Health and Beauty Collection") and food products ("Delicatessen Collection") cannot be returned and do not give entitlement to a refund except in the case of defective products.

Once a return is authorised:

  • if the product is defective we will refund your payment and send you a return shipping label.
  • Otherwise, you will receive your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized products in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Please note that the return costs are at the customers expense except in case of returns for damaged products
  • Please note that we do not accept returns on any personalized or monogrammed items in our store.
  • Every effort has been made to ensure that your order will arrive safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for any damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before signing. Make all claims directly with the carrier. Contact us at contact@luxmarter.com and we will make sure all damaged articles are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to make a claim within 24 hours of receipt with carrier will result in denial of the claim.

Once an RMA number has been received, please ship your parcel with a tracking number.

Returns must be made using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please include a copy of your invoice for faster service. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo.
