RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Luxmarter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

In accordance with European regulations governing distance selling, you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible products.

Return and cancellation requests can be submitted by clicking directly HERE through your customer account, or by contacting us at: contact@luxmarter.com.

All requests are subject to the conditions set out below.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Once you have notified us of your decision, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to return the relevant products.

  1. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with applicable legislation, certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

• products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• monogrammed or custom-made items;
• food products;
• sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery;
• any other products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

These exclusions do not apply to defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:

• be returned in their original condition;
• include any accessories supplied with the product;
• be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible;
• be properly protected for transport.

Luxmarter reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the returned product shows a loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or non-conforming, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Luxmarter cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

  1. DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@luxmarter.com and provide photographs showing the issue.

After review, Luxmarter will cover the return shipping costs and will offer, where appropriate:

• a replacement;
• an exchange;
• or a full refund.

  1. PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY

We recommend that you carefully inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If visible damage is noted, we recommend reporting it to the carrier and contacting us as soon as possible, providing photographs of both the parcel and the affected products.

  1. REFUNDS

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be processed as soon as possible and no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will cover the amounts paid for the returned products in accordance with applicable regulations.
