PREPARATION
Sweeten your infusion with a little honey.
You can choose to measure out your infusion in one of the small tea bags provided, or you can use your usual teapot.
One box gives you tea for 13 days at a rate of 1 cup a day (3g of tea per cup)
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women. Store in a cool, dry place.
